10:30am - 11:00am: Woodland Tour
Begin your experience with a guided tour through our woodland trail, where you'll meet some of our feathered friends. Learn about their habitats, characteristics, and fascinating behaviors.

11:00am - 11:30am: Woodland Flying Arena
Witness the awe-inspiring sight of our birds of prey taking to the skies in our woodland flying arena. Watch them soar, dive, and hunt in their natural environment.

11:30am - 12:30pm: Raptor Encounter
Get hands-on experience with our majestic raptors! Receive your very own glove and meet these incredible birds up close. Hold them, learn about their unique traits, and take personal photos to cherish the memory.

Experience Highlights:

• Introduction: Meet our staff and get familiar with our base. Ask us any questions you have about the experience.

• Woodland Tour: Explore our 22-acre nature trail and get up close to our birds of prey.

• Birds of Prey Flying Display: Witness our majestic birds in flight in our woodland flying arena.

• Raptor Encounter: Learn about our birds of prey, get shown how to handle them, and hold them yourself. Take photos (no flash) to capture the moment.

• Duration: 2 hours (10:30am - 12:30pm)

• Availability: Monday & Fridays only.

• Minimum Age: 8 years old (children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a paid trail entry)

• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the experience, no alternative date will be offered. If the experience is rescheduled, a rebooking fee may apply.
• Right to Cancel: Willows reserves the right to cancel the experience at the last minute due to weather conditions, animal welfare concerns, or staff shortages.
• Liability: Willows cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such changes (including travel and accommodation).
• Voucher Validity: Open-dated vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of payment. It is the participant's responsibility to book and use the voucher within this timeframe. No refunds or bookings will be accepted after the expiry date.
